openssl with secp256k1 ECDSA for Fedora 21

Fedora 21 http://download1.rpmfusion.org/~warren/openssl/fedora-21/
Download corresponding packages for your distro and arch here.  Be sure that you have matching i686 and x86_64.  Then use this command to allow them to upgrade.  RPMS are GPG signed.
rpm -Fvh openssl*.rpm

boost-devel libdb4-devel libdb4-cxx-devel miniupnpc-devel qrencode-devel protobuf-devel autoconf automake libdb4-cxx-devel libtool make qt5-qttools-devel qtr5-qtbase-devel
